Sew Mama Sew is hosting their bi-annual Giveaway Day again! I've missed the last few but I am very excited to participate in this one!

I just released my first 3 patterns, Catawampus, Turnovers, and Fifteen Degrees. The first giveaway is a copy of each of these. The format is your preference. I can mail you the physical paper copy, or I can email you the PDF for each pattern! 

Item #2:

In honor of my very first pattern, Fifteen Degrees, I am giving away a Fat Quarter of each of the fabrics in this line and the pattern! The line is called Rockin' Romance by Pat Bravo for Art Gallery Fabrics and it was used in Fifteen Degrees.  It is a gorgeous line, so feminine and I adore all the gray in this collection, and of course, the purple!

Happy 1st Birthday!

A year ago today, Freckled Whimsy came to be. 

I can't believe it's been that long already! I mean, I've blogged long before then, but to know a year has went by already is crazy! 

One thing I can say is that I can see I've come a long way from a year ago and can only hope to continue growing! 

To celebrate how far I've come and to celebrate all of you for taking the journey with me, I want to do a give away! Yay!!!

Exciting News!

I don't have too much to share today as I've had family in town, but I think what I have is pretty exciting! :D

 

Do you remember my birthday wish?  An AccuQuilt Go! Fabric cutter? Well......guess what?

This one ended up on my doorstep on Monday!!! *Jaw Drops* I know!!! Last week I received an email from Carolyn with AccuQuilt asking me if I'd be interested in test driving one of these!! I think I stared at that email for a good 10 minutes before I blinked! LOL!! 

I am very excited to say that I will be putting together a quilt using this bad boy in the next few weeks or so along with a review of my use,  so keep your eye out for that! 

Wanna know the best part? Do ya? Huh? Do ya? :D

It's Giveaway Day!!!

Yay! It's giveaway day!! We all love to win free stuff, right? Well today's the day to try your luck! Sew Mama Sew is hosting the May Giveaway Day and it is TODAY!! 

I've never done a giveaway on my blog and I thought what a great day to start! 

My giveaway is for this pillow cover (cover only) that was hand made by me. A KarrieLyne Original. :)  It is a 20" square cover made from 100% cotton fabric. Osnaburg is what I used for the majority of the pillow cover which is also 100% cotton. A cotton poly blend batting was also used to enhance the straight line quilting. Oh, it's an envelope style pillow cover too!

This is the back...which you could use as the front too since the envelope flap nearly blends in :)
