I'm Still Here :)

*waves*

Did you think I fell off the face of the earth? I know I haven't posted since the last day of November but I thought I'd give you all a break and to be honest, I needed a bit of a break too. Blogging everyday is a lot of work and I needed to catch up on a few things.

I've been racking my brain for ideas for my Pillow Talk Swap 4 partner. I have a few ideas and I think I've decided on one of them. I think these will be the fabrics that I use....what do you think?

And remember this yummy stack of fabrics?

I have been working with these too! It's almost finished! Then again, I've had some help...

Odyssey likes to help me quilt. :)

Keep your eyes out for another one of my tutorials using this fabulous line, Daisies and Dots by Piece O Cake for Robert Kaufman! :)

Hop on over HERE for a chance to win some of this yummy fabric! :)

What have you been up to?

Much Love!!!

  2. I pieced my second Dr. Seuss quilt this afternoon (this one's for Lilli!) and I've been making mug rugs like crazy! I also offered to make a quilt for hubby's assistant for Christmas (what was I thinking?) so now I'm watching a movie and ironing my fabric to prep it for cutting! AND we just trapped a baby squirrel in the kitchen and relocated it to the outside!!

  3. I always look forward to your tutorials! I've been busy putting stuff together for a Christmas Swap that I joined at Little Miss Shabbys, got my Christmas cards IN THE MAIL, and whipped up some Chrsitmas pillows. It was a good week!

I can't wait to see what you have done with the daisy and dots fabric. I have been making end of year presents for my sons kindy teachers.

  5. Hey KarrieLyne!! I love your fabrics! How do you find these swaps? I think it sounds like a lot of fun! I'm just finishing up a BOM I'm doing at a local quilt shop. Hoping to blog about it next weekend (because I'll have the top done) And I haven't blogged since the end of October, so don't you feel bad! :o) Can't wait for your next tutorial!! Thank you so much!!!
